Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
However, we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must also be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns).
- No restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the receipt of your return.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before refunds are posted.
